We also offer management and consulting services for rental property maintenance and leasing services, and services to assist you with your condominiums, townhouses and commerical buildings.

We can provide electronic record management for your association's legal, financial or any commercial documents.

PPM was established as a result of recognizing the fact that the investments need to be managed with extreme professionalism, responsiveness and carried out with high standards and ethics.

PPM's executives and professionals are expert in all areas in and around Property Management that include real estate buying, selling, insurance, finance, vendor management etc.

PPM's approach is designed to provide communities with high standard services in Several Key Areas such as Financial Management, Accounting Functions, Preventative Maintenance, Vendor Negotiation, Expense Control and Open table discussions with Board and Residents.

Team Force

We are an organization of highly skilled professionals providing expert resources in administration, construction, finance and property management. Our associates have had extensive experience in managing multi-family houses. All of our team players exceed standards of expertise and professionalism.

PPM employs an additional position in order to deliver added needs around property management. We offer our clients with additional services like buying/selling, renting and maintaining individual units and also individual insurance needs.
